Ambroxol: Ambroxol can alter the rheological properties of
mucus acting directly on the secretion that has formed
in the respiratory tract.
Ambroxol breaks the disulfide bridges that join two filaments
mucoprotéics so it helps to liquify thick mucus secretions
Ambroxol's activating activity also promotes the production
of less viscous mucous secretions.

Salbutamol: It is a mimetic agent of direct action with
Predominantly beta-adrenergic activity with selective action
over B receptors ,. Being used as a bronchodilator.

Guaifenesin: It is known to reduce the viscosity of thick sputum
, increases the exchange of fluids in the respiratory tract
by reduction of adhesiveness and surface tension, facilitating
thus the removal of the mucus. It is known that increases in the flow of
fluids soothes irritated and dry membranes.
