ANALGESICS • ANTIPYIRETICS

Paracetamol oral solution BP 150mg/5ml

Paracetamol provides analgesic action (pain reduction) by preventing generation of prostaglandins in the body. Prostaglandins are produced as a response to an injury, or to certain diseases, and it causes pain, among other effects. Finadol also has antipyretic action (fever reducing) by inhibiting prostaglandins at the thermoregulatory center in the hypothalamus in the brain. It produces less gastric irritation and does not affect coagulation.
